Ingredients
15 grams Wheat bran, crude .5 tbsp Organic Coconut Flour (by VINOFREAK71) 15 gram(s) Kirkman's Pea Protein Powder (7.5 grams) (by CHRISTYARIEL) 0.25 tsp Glucomannan powder (by GRNISHADE) 5 grams Flour, whole grain 1 tbsp THM Baking Blend 1/4 c (by THM_GIGI) 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder 1 small box (1.5 oz) Raisins
Directions
Mix dry ingredients (including raisins). Preheat oven at 160. Boil the water. Mix all. form 10 cookies and bake on non-stick parchment paper for 15 min. Flip and bake for another 5 min. allow to cool and eat them all!
