Carrot & Sweet Potato Bake

Ingredients
1 Tbs Craisins2 Sweet potatoes1/2 cup Baby Cut Carrots - Raw 1 tbsp Shedds Spread, light 2 Tbs Splenda Brown Sugar Blend 1/4 cup Orange Juice
Directions
Cook sweet potatoes and carrots in boiling water until tender (15-20 minutes). Remove from pan. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into 1&1/2 inch slices. Place in sprayed 8 x 8 x 2 pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over carrot mixture. Bake, uncovered, in 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
