16 oz Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey 1 cup Zucchini - Steamed or raw 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup, grated Carrots, raw 2 serving Cellery, Raw -1 Stalk, large (11" - 12" long) (64g) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 tsp Great Value Minced Garlic (by LIALEXA) Seasonings (pink salt, pepper or any others)
Cook in frying pan or grill till done, or Sear on both sides then add water and steam.
