Tomato and Mushroom Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
6 Large Tomatoes - skinned and chopped12 fresh Basil leaves - chopped90g/3 oz Butter24 Button Mushrooms - sliced6 tbls milk120g Grated cheese - light taste or mozzarella450g dry Pasta
Directions
Cook the tomato with the basil leaves in butter for about 2 min. Add the mushroom and cook for a further 2 min. Add the milk and the cheese. Stir well to melt the cheese, then mix with cooked pasta (450g - 600g of small dry pasta) and serve immediately.
