Chocolate Chip bran muffins

Ingredients
3 cups All-Bran cereal (the kind that looks like sticks)2 cups water2 egg whites1 tsp vanilla3/4 cup flour1 1/4 cup Splenda1/2 cup cocoa powder1 tbsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt2/3 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Mix cereal and water then set aside until all liquid is absorbed. Combine cereal with remaining wet ingredients. Combine all dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Stir in wet ingredients. Mix with an electric mixer until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Divide among 12 muffin cups. Bake at 325 for 18-20 minutes.
