Turkey Breakfast Sandwiches

Ingredients
12 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, toasted 16 large eggs 17 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean Assorted seasonings (sage, oregano, salt, pepper)360 gram Kraft Pizza Mozzarella, sliced (4/5 of brick)
Directions
1. Mix turkey with seasonings, divide into 12 patties and bake for 30 minutes at 350, flipping half way
2. Whisk eggs, pour into greased 9x13 glass baking dish, and bake at 350 for 20 minutes, let cool and cut into 12
3. Top toasted english muffins with 1 piece of egg, 1 turkey sausage, and 1/12 of the cheese
4. Let sandwiches cool, wrap, and freeze or eat immediately
