3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/4 cup Garlic 2 tsp smoked paprika 16 oz Raw Shrimp, peeled and deveined2 cans Cannelloni or Butter Beans 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt 1/4 cup chopped fresh Cilantro
Directions
Serve over rice or quinoa, with freshly steamed green beans or asparagus.
