Keto Biscuits

Ingredients
1/2 cup almond flour1/2 cup coconut flour2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon salt4 large eggs4 tbsp Butter, melted 1/4 cup Sour Cream 1/2 Half and Half Cream Utensils:Measuring cups and spoons to measure ingredientsSmall bowlMedium bowlForkCookie scoop Baking panParchment paper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put butter in small bowl and melt in microwave (approx. 30 seconds.)
2. In medium mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder and salt. Make a well and add eggs, melted butter, sour cream and half and half. Combine well.
3. Scoop the biscuits into a parchment paper lined baking sheet. If you don't have a cookie scoop, use a spoon. The biscuits should have a diameter of approx 2 inches. This recipe makes 12 biscuits.
4. Place in oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
