3 cups fresh (or thawed frozen, sugar free) Strawberries1/2 cup splenda2 quarts cold water (or 2 liters plain seltzer)1 tsp lemon juice (fresh is best)
place berries in a 2 quart pitcher. Mash them unitl small and juices are released. Add splenda and lemon. Stir and let sit for five minutes. Add water or seltzer and stir. Serve and enjoy!
Makes aprox. 8 to 10 servings of 6 to 8 ounces.
