Tomato-Turkey Bacon-Lettuce Sandwich

4 serving Bar S lower Fat Turkey Bacon (by DEBORAHKEOWN) 4 serving tomato, beefsteak - medium (148g) (by RMATHEWS3) 1 serving Avacado - 1 whole (by TRUNORTH) 1 cup Romane lettuce (by DANACRO) 4 serving Shoprite Light Jewish Rye Bread (by CAITY100)
Cook turkey bacon and blot on paper towels. Cut tomatoes in half, remove inside and save for later use. Sprinkle with pepper. Toast bread. Either mash avacado or slice and put on top of toast. Top with turkey bacon. Top with tomato filled with romaine lettuce. Top with second tomato half. Enjoy.
