Easy Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
1.5 cup elbow shaped Macaroni, enriched 1 serving Campbells Cheddar Cheese Soup - 1 can (by CHRIS1224) 2 fl oz Half and Half Cream 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted .5 tsp Onion powder .5 tsp Garlic powder .25 tsp Pepper, black .66 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Cook macaroni in boiling salted water according to package directions and drain. Return to pan and add all ingredients and stir until butter and cheese is melted and all ingredients are evenly mixed. Allow macaroni to sit in pot with lid for 15-20 on very low heat to allow all flavors to blend. Serve hot.
