16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 0.25 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Garlic powder 2 tsp Salt (Kosher)2 tsp Pepper, black 1 tbsp Sage, ground 2 cup Spinach, fresh 0.25 cup Orzo Pasta 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh 6 serving chicken broth ( I prefer stock)
Mix up turkey, bread crumbs, lightly beaten egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder & chopped fresh parsley. Make 16 meatballs. Bring broth to a rolling boil and add the meatballs. Let them cook for 10 min on medium heat. Add orzo and stir. Cook for 5 min. Add the spinach and cook until the spinach wilts. Enjoy.
