Ingredients
2 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb Ground Beef (extra lean) 5 serving Diced tomatoes & Green Chillis Rotel, 10oz can 2.5 serv in can (by KITKAT734) 1 serving Chopped Green Chilies, 4.5 oz can (by LUVNCHOCOLATE) 2 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp Cumin - ground (1 tsp) (by INFORM555) 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON) 20 oz Cooper Natural Pepper Jack Cheese 20 serving Mission Flour Tortillas, Soft Taco, 8 inch, 49g 6 cup Beans - refried, La Preferida Refried Beans Fat Free 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic
Directions
Brown beef. Add onion, garlic and spices. Cook until translucent. Add refried beans and tomatoes, mix well. Add corn kernels and chopped chilies. When mixed, add grated cheese and remove from heat. After cooling a bit, roll burritos using approximately 3/4 cup filling per burrito.
