*Crust2 1/4c. original Bisquick mix2/3c. 2% milk*Sauce1 - 8oz. pkg cream cheese1/2c. miracle whip1/2c. T.marzetti Ranch veggie dip2tbs. lowfat ricotta cheese*Toppings1c. broccoli1c. carrots1/2c. cauliflower1 (2 1/2 diameter) tomato diced2 fresh mushrooms sliced thin1/4c. shredded mild cheddar cheese (optional)
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix together Bisquick & milk then press into a crust for 9x13 pan (sticky, use flour or bisquick mix to coat hands when pressing)bake for 8-10 minutes. set aside to cool.
Mix together *Sauce ingredients. Spread onto cooled crust. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Add raw veggies of your choice for topppings.
I used finely chopped :1c. broccoli, 1c. carrots, 1/2c. cauliflower,
1c. tomato diced, 2 fresh mushrooms sliced thin, & also about 1/4c. shredded mild cheddar cheese.
