Ingredients
4.0 clove Garlic1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw0.25 cup, packed Brown Sugar3.0 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium2.0 serving Bacon - Boar's Head 2 slices2.0 serving Nature's Greens Collard Greens (2.5 cups fresh)1.0 tsp crushed red pepper
Directions
Brown bacon and remove from grease. Saute onions in left over grease. Then add garlic and saute. Add chicken broth, Brown sugar and crushed red pepper. Bring to a boil and add destemmed collard greens. Reduce heat and dinner until done. Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
