1 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry .7 tbsp bee pollen (by KITEFLYINGAL) .7 tbsp chia seeds 1 cup Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup
Directions
Put all in rice cooker with 3 cups water. turn on and walk away. eat in the morning or when cooker turns off
