Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 7 mediumCheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded lump crabmeat, 8 ozBroccoli, cooked, 0.5 cup, choppedOnions, raw, .5 cup, choppedPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .3 cupOlive Oil, 2 tbspSilk, Plain Soymilk, 1 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Saute onions, red bell pepper, broccoli, and crab meat. Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray. Add mix from saute to bottom. Add cheese sprinkled evenly on top. Beat eggs and milk. Add to loaf pan mixture. Bake at 350 for approx. 50 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
