14.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A2.0 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend1.0 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry1.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted0.75 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned
Press quinoa into bottom of greased pan after rinsing. Mix all other ingredients saving half the cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 35 min. Remove foil, add remaining cheese, bake another 5-10 min until done. Add salt to taste (I recommend adding it to quinoa layer also).
