Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
3.5 cup, cubes Butternut Squash 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 serving Apple, Gala (medium) 4 cup Vegetable Broth 4 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
Directions
cook apple, onion and garlic with a little water to moisten.
Chop all ingredients into small pieces then
add all ingredients and let simmer 25 minutes.
Salt to taste - optional. COOL
Blend soup in food processor/blender/nutribullet.
Add yogurt or coconut milk before serving for a creamy texture.
