Coconut oil fudge

Ingredients
1 dash Salt 4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 8 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 8 tbsp Coconut Oil
Directions
Melt coconut oil. In a bowl, mash banana and add cocoa. The more you mash, the smoother it will be. Add to oil in pan and cook until mixture is well combined. Add salt. I use sea salt and just add a little. Pour into a pan lined with parchment paper. Freeze until firm
