1 serving Kroger Diced Tomatoes (by CELIZABETHL) 1 serving Sauce, Kroger Value TOMATO SAUCE,1/4c(61g) (by CRLYN31) 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw .25 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) .5 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw 3 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round] 2 oz Barilla Whole Grain Linguine
cook linguine according to instructions on box. Measure out 2 oz servings and put in 1 cup containers. Blend all ingredients together after mixing in blender the first two ingredients. Add desired spices such as garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasonings. Heat and pour over noodles. Store in fridge or freezer.
