Spinach egg and sausage 'taquito'

Ingredients
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 oz Goat Cheese, Soft1.0 1tsp Canola Oil0.25 link (raw dimensions: 4" long x 7/8" dia), cooked Pork Sausage0.5 cup Spinach, cooked1.0 serving Keto , Classic Corn Tortilla Chips, 1oz (28g)0.05 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
Directions
Cook in a pan Till 1/2 lb of sausage is almost cooked then add 2 cups of copped spinich (peppers are optional too) Whisk 6 eggs in a bowl and add to the pan Take off the heat once eggs are barley cooked add 2tbs of feta or goat cheese (i prefer goat) Wrap and fry in a tortilla or bake at 425°f Serving Size: Makes 1 taquito
