1 tbsp Sour Cream 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 cup Beans, pinto 10 oz Santitas white corn Tortillas Chips (1 oz = about 9 chips) 1.50 cup Borden Four Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese 6 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 255 grams Cilantro, raw 4 serving Crazy Cuizine Mandarin Orange Chicken
1. Bake Crazy Cuizine Mandarin Orange Chicken per instructions on the box. (Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-18 minutes.)
2. While chicken is baking, mix Mandarin Orange sauce (included in box), sour cream and chipotle powder in small bowl. Set aside.
3. Chop green onion and cilantro on cutting board and set aside.
4. Remove Mandarin Orange Chicken from the oven once finished baking and slice into small pieces on cutting board.
5. Add Mandarin Orange Chicken and sauce mixture to large bowl and stir until chicken is covered in sauce.
6. On large baking tray, layer the tortilla chips, pinto beans, Mandarin Orange Chicken and cheese blend.
7. Broil for 2-5 minutes.
8. Serve warm, and enjoy!
