36.0 oz squash zucchini organic3.75 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz)3.0 serving Baby Bell Peppers (3 peppers = serving)50.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean74.0 Grams Garlic1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw1.0 tbsp Coconut Oil1.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
Sautee onions and garlic. When translucent add ground turkey. Season to taste with onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, celery salt, pepper, and red chili flakes. Add other ingredients. Cook until squash is translucent... maybe longer if yiy want to burn off some of the excess moisture. Up to you, boss.
