Cauliflower Egg Salad

Ingredients
1 head, medium Cauliflower, 5 large Hard Boiled Egg 1/4 cup Mayonnaise, regular 3 small Dill Pickles 1 tbsp Dill Pickle juice 1 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. 1 small head cauliflower microwaved til soft cut into small pieces
2. 5 hard boiled eggs, peeled, diced
3. 1/4 Cup of mayonnaise
4. 3 pickles, diced
5. 1/4 tap salt, pepper to taste
6. 1T pickle juice
7. Chives

Mix all together, chill
