Fettucine alfredo with turkey and veggies

Ingredients
Pasta, cooked, 16 oz (remove)Turkey (light meat), 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)Milk, 2%, 2 cup (remove)Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 200 grams (remove)*Asiago Cheese, 1 oz (remove)Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)Broccoli, cooked, 3 cup, chopped (remove)Salt, 1 dash (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 2 tbs (remove)
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions, add veggies to boiling water. Drain, return to cooking pot.
In a medium sized saucepan, bring the milk and olive oil to a boil, stirring constantly. Add cheese. Remove from heat. Whisk thoroughly. Add seasonings, whisk some more. Toss with pasta and veggies.
Serve, garnish with more parmesan if desired.
