16 oz Dried red beans 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 3 clove Garlic 2 serving(s) Vegan tofurky andouille sausage
Sautéed two sausage links in the pot, remove. Sautéed the chopped pepper and onion. Add beans and fill with water or vegetable broth until covering beans. Cook for 30 minutes and allow natural pressure release.
Slice sausage, stir into beans. Add salt and pepper to taste. Can also add hot sauce. Serve over rice.
