Ingredients
1 large portabello mushroom, sliced1/4 cup sliced red pepper1/4 cup sliced onion1 clove garlic, pressedbasil, oregano, rosemary & thyme Olive oilSwiss cheese2 slices tomato2 slices Italian bread
Directions
Preheat indoor grill to medium... mix mushrooms & herbs in a bowl with part of the olive oil... add to grill and heat until tender... place swiss cheese on top of the bread and add the mushroom mixture and top with tomatos... spray grill with remaining olive oil and place the sandwich on the grill... cook until desired doneness... enjoy!

    Mmmm...This tasted great! I wasn't sure how much olive oil to use, so I used the serving amount on the side of the bottle. The seasonings made this so tasty! I will definitely make this again. - 6/16/08
