*Couscous (dry), 1.5 cup (remove)Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1 dash (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
Bring water and olive oil to a boil.
Add couscous. Cover. Steam for 5 minutes.
Add seasonings and fluff.
Serve.
