2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.50 cup Spinach, frozen 3 cup Canned Diced Tomato 1 serving Catelli Manicotti (full box 225g, 14 rolls) 135 gram Saputo Parmesan Petals per 30g / 1/3c serving 500 gram(s) Saputto Ricotta serving per 1/4cup or 55g 250 gram(s) Saputo Mozzarellissima Pizza Mozzarella 3cm cube (30g) 4.5 cup Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Tomato & Basil
Combine all ingredients except tomato sauce, and shells. Mix and fill piping bag. Set aside. Boil shells for 7-9 minutes then drain and cool. In a large pan and put a layer of sauce in the bottom. Start piping in either end of cooled shells with the manicotti filling. Once all fourteen are filled, top with remaining sauce. Topping with additional cheese is optional. Cook at 350 on a cookie sheet (incase it boils over) for 60min. Let set 10min before cutting so cheese sets and does not run out of shells. Cut pan into three manicotti per serving and serve with salad.
