2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 30 gram My protein peanut butter
Mash bananas and sweet potatoes then mix in eggs, peanut butter and cinnamon. Pour into muffin tray and bake in an 190 c oven for 18 minutes
