Chicken Salad

Ingredients
boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz , I use rotisserie 1/2 cup of diced red onion1/2 cup dicedCelery1 tablespoon chopped fresh Parsley1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt1/4 cup Hellmann's , Light Mayonnaise1/4 teaspoon sea saltdash of black pepper or to taste
Directions
Chop cooked chicken breast into bite size pieces.
Add chopped onion, parsley and celery. Mix yogurt ,mayonnaise, salt and pepper, add to chicken and stir until mixed.

This is better if it sits for an hour or so. Store in refrigator tightly covered.
