Chicken Bacon Melt

Ingredients
27.68 oz Sanderson Farms Boneless Skinless Chicken 8 serving CAROLINA PRIDE Original Bacon6 slice (1 oz) Provolone Cheese 2.5 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 large Onions, raw 2 oz Chips: Macs Chicarrones fried pork skins .5 0z Crushed2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .125 cup Great Value - Vitamin D Whole Milk
Directions
Fry bacon. Reserve bacon grease. Use 2 tbsp grease to cook peppers and onions (strips). Whip 1-2 tbsp milk in eggs. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in crushed pork rinds. Fry chicken in remaining bacon grease and any additional grease needed for frying. Place chicken on foil lined pan. Top with peppers, onions, bacon, and cheese. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and beginning to brown.
