Fat Head Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
2.0 oz Cream Cheese, Great Value, 1/3 Less Fat Neufchatel Cheese2.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted1.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup8.0 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 tsp Baking Powder6.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk4 tbs sweetener of choice
Directions
In a microwave safe bowl, combine cheese, almond flour, flax seeds, cream cheese, baking powder, and 1 tbs of sweetener. Microwave on high for 60 seconds or until the cheese is melted. Add egg and mix until the dough is fully combined. Turn the dough out on a piece of parchment paper and cover with another. Roll out until 1/4 inch thick. Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes.
