Crockpot Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients
8 oz whole wheat spaghetti, dry2 large eggs1/4 cup grated parmesan2 cups 1% cottage cheese2 cups vegetable spaghetti sauce (I used my crockpot eggplant sauce)1 cup shredded part skim mozzarella
Directions
Cook spaghetti according to package. Beat eggs, add parmesan and mix well. Pour over cooked spaghetti and mix well. Pour this into the bottom of your crock and form into a crust. Spread the cottage cheese over the crust. Then spread the sauce over the cottage cheese. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Makes 6 servings.
