4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 clove Garlic .5 tsp Oregano, ground .5 tsp Parsley, dried .25 tbsp Clubhouse La Grille Montreal Steak Spice (1 tbsp) (by KEEPITUPGIRL) .5 tsp Marjoram, dried .5 tsp Sage, ground .5 tsp Rosemary, dried .5 tsp Thyme, ground .25 tbsp Basil .5 tsp Dill weed, dried 1 serving 1/8th tsp red pepper flakes (by BUDDY_LOVE) 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black .5 tsp Onion powder
Preheat oven to 425.
Cut potatoes into wedges or dice them.
Mince garlic and add olive oil and all herbs and spices, mix.
Stir in potatoes to coat with mixture.
Cook for 45-60 minutes, flipping potatoes every 15 minutes.
