Carrot or Zucchini bread no refined sugar or oil

Ingredients
.75 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour .5 cup Wheat bran, crude 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder 16 serving prune puree (by LAINEY_1970) 4 tbsp Agave | Wholesome Sweeteners | Organic Blue Agave 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 8 oz Baby Carrots Grimmway Farms (3 oz = about 10/11 baby carrots) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 oz Walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray loaf pan
Mix prune puree, agave and applesauce in a large bowl. Combine dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients. Add carrots or zucchini. Beat in eggs one at a time (do not beat the eggs too much). Mix well.
Stir in nuts if desired.
Bake approximately 50 min or until toothpick comes out clean.

    Sorry for omitting. Yes, I grated the carrots and ended up with 1 cup. I approximated the calorie/servings based on my options listed in the food tracker. Hope this helps
