Almond Flour Pancakes

Ingredients
4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
Directions
Whisk eggs and vanilla together in large bowl, stir in almond flour. Heat coconut oil in skillet. Once skillet is warm pour batter onto skillet in the shape of pancakes. When bubbling starts, flip pancake. Repeat until all batter used.
