Fried Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients
2 Eggs, large 3 tbsp Olive Oil 1/2 large Onions, chopped 5 cups Riced Cauliflower 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 1/4 tsp Ginger, ground 1/4 tsp Pepper, white 2 clove Garlic 1/2 large Onions, chopped 1 Green Onion, chopped 6 oz Broccoli Florets 1/2 cup Snap peas
Directions
Beat eggs and cook to scramble eggs. Once cooked, remove eggs. Add next nine ingredients and sauté. Once tender, add the last two ingredients plus scrambled eggs. Remove from heat and serve.
