Jordan's favorite Cheese Quesadillas

2 whole wheat tortillas4 Tbsp organic salsa(choose your own heat)1 oz Sargento reduced fat Mexican Cheese Blend
Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking oil spray and heat skillet on medim.
Lay one whole wheat tortilla in pan and heat for 2 minutes. Spread 2 Tbsp of salsa on tortilla then sprinkle with 1/2 oz of the Mexican cheese.
Fold tortilla in half and heat until cheese has melted.
Repeat with second tortilla.
Serves 2
