Ingredients
Kirkland Roast Beef in broth 12 oz can - 4 servings, 24 oz (remove)Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 2 cup (remove)Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1 cup, 4 serving (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Celery, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Green Beans (snap), 1 cup (remove)*Potato, raw, 1 cup diced (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Corn Starch, .125 cup (remove)Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)Ginger Root, 2 tsp (remove)Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)Paprika, 2 tsp (remove)
Directions
Saute onions, celery, garlic and ginger in canola oil. Add other ingredients (except cornstarch)and bring to low boil. Simmer for about 1 hour. Add more seasonings to individual taste

To thicken without lumps, use 1/2 cup of broth added to corn starch or flour and stir into stew.
