Low Carb Pancake

Ingredients
4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1.5 tbsp Vanilla Extract 1 tbsp coconut oil or oil of choice
Directions
Mix first 3 ingredients until they resemble pancake batter. Melt oil in skillet/pan. Pour batter on to hot pan. When they begin to bubble, carefully turn them over and cook another minute or two. (Lift edge to see if they are brown yet) Put onto plate and eat!
