LJ's LEO Frittata with Capers, Cream Cheese & Dill

2 tbsp Cream Cheese 8 jumbo Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 oz Smoked Salmon (lox) 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 28 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP 3 sprigs Dill weed, fresh 165 grams Onions, raw 12 gram(s) Star - Imported Nonpareil Capers (Serving Size = 1 Tsp./20 Capers) 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black
Preheat oven to 350
Saute onions in 2 Tbs of Avocado Oil
Beat eggs
Chop salmon into small pieces and add to eggs along with salt, pepper, dill cream cheese & capers.
When onions are translucent, let them cool for a few minutes then add to egg mixture
melt butter in same pan
add egg mixture
cook over medium heat for about 5 mins, until the bottom forms a slight crust.
pop in oven and bake for about 30 mins or until top is fluffy and cooked through.
