Ingredients
0.50 tsp Oregano, ground 2 tbsp Parsley, dried 2 tsp Pepper, black 1 tbsp Basil 1 tsp Salt 3 1tsp Olive Oil 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 8 clove Garlic 1 large Onions, raw 6 cup Spinach, fresh 1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 2 medium Zucchini, baby 6 fl oz Red Wine 4 cup Vegetable Broth 4 tsp Better than boullion beef flavored base - 1 tsp 3 cup Green Beans, Frozen from Costco 2 cans Kidney beans dark red 2 cans Navy Beans2 cans Diced Tomato (by LILSWEETIE)
Directions
Pour olive oil into large stock pot. Add onions, celery, carrots & garlic. Saute on medium heat till onions translucent. Add the rest of the ingredients & bring to boil. Turn down to a simmer & allow to cook. Can be served over pasta or not. Can also be sprinkled with fresh ground Parmesan if you choose.
