Whole Wheat Cinnamon English Muffins

1 tbs. Maple syrup3 c. warm butter milk4 c. whole wheat flour1/4 c. wheat gluten1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp bakers yeast
Put all ingredients into bread machine in order on list. Set the machine for dough only. Start the machine.
When machine is done, roll out dough and cut into circles with round cookie cutter or cup. Dip each muffin in corn meal and cook on skillet or griddle at 260* until lightly browned on each side. Let cool before toasting and serving.
