Ingredients
FILLING:2 lb bottom round, thinly sliced1 Green bell pepper, thinly sliced1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced1/2 onion, thinly sliced1 Tbs Olive Oil3/4 tsp salt, separated3/4 tsp pepper, separated1/4 lb pepperoni slices8 oz provolone cheeseSAUCE:6 oz cream cheese, softened1/2 c butter, melted2 tsp worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° Season beef with 1/2 tsp salt and pepper. Sauté peppers and onions in oil, use remaining salt and pepper. Add beef and slightly brown. Add pepperoni to sweat. Combine cream cheese, butter, worcestershire, salt and pepper until smooth. Spread beef/pepperoni/veggie mix in a 9×13" baking dish. Spread sauce over top. Cover with provolone. Bake until cheese is melt-y and bubbling.
