Ingredients
0.50 cup Sour Cream 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 3 tsp Baking Soda 4 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated 0.50 cup Bob's Red Mill Hazelnut Meal/Flour 0.25 cup Bob's Red Mill Unsweetened Flaked Coconut 3 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener 8 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour 2 tsp cinnimon, ground 2 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Flax Seed Meal (2 Tbsp) .33 serving Diamond Slivered Almonds 1/4 cup (by TYPINGIT)
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Place them in muffins sleeves.
Bake at 325 or 25 minutes and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
