16.0 oz Turkey - 99% Fat Free - Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast1.5 cup Black Beans - canned - Kroger1.5 cup Beans, red kidney8.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes1.0 cup Tomato Sauce40.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw3.0 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips3.0 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw2.0 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw1.0 large Onions, raw8.0 clove Garlic
Season as desired.
Put it all in a slow cooker and simmer as long as possible. Good chili simmers 6+ hours. Make sure meat is properly and fully cooked before serving.
Add water as necessary to keep the consistency as desired. To thicken, cook without lid. To thin, leave lid on during cooking. Stir frequently!
