Coconut Rice with Cilantro

Ingredients
1 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 0.75 cup A Taste of Thai Coconut milk (by HYPNOTURKEY) .75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.25 cup cilantro (fresh) (by MINDTHEGAP7)
Directions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add rice and cook until hot and fragrant, about 3 minutes. Pour into saucepan and add coconut milk and water (add a few pinches of salt, if desired). Bring to a boil. Turn to low and cook until rice is tender, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serving Size: Makes 4 half-cup servings.
