Stuffed cabbage

Ingredients
80.0 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round]1.0 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh1.0 cup Jasmine Rice - white2.0 tbsp Salt2.0 tbsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 tbsp Pepper, black1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap2 eggs29 oz tomato sauce
Directions
Mix rice, eggs, water and spices together. Then add hamburg mixing well. Make 20 balls set aside. In a large pan filled half full bring to a boil. Cut core out of cabbage. Put the cabbage into boiling water. As outer leaves soften peel them off and cool so you can roll the balls securely tucking in the sides as you roll. Put in large roaster seam side down. Continue rolling balls till done. If you have any leaves left lay them over the top to keep top balls protected. Pour tomato sauce over balls. Taking some of the cabbage water cover the rolls with it. Add additional salt and pepper as desired. Bake 350 for 2 hours.
